We've created the HeeSay Live Community Guidelines to help you understand how to keep Live the fun and enjoyable experience we want it to be! Live allows you to express your individuality, show off your talents or broadcast the gay life around you in a respectful manner that promotes healthy and positive behaviours.
For your protection, HeeSay Live is monitored 24/7. The following is a list of prohibited behaviours or activities that, when reported by your peers or witnessed by our moderation team, will lead to the interruption, temporary or permanant ban of your Live broadcasting privileges.
Serious Violation (Class Ⅰ)
Displaying nudity or explicit sexual behaviour
Including but not limited to being naked or wearing sexually suggestive or overly provocative clothing, showing erotic images, etc.
Displaying violence or self harm
Using or promoting drugs
Bullying, harassing or intimidating
Including but not limited to blackmailing, taunting, trolling, racism, defamatory remarks or any form of hate speech.
Soliciting or inciting rule-breaking
Including but not limited to having the intention to lure or manipulate others into engaging in sexual or illegal acts, or asking others to provide personal information.
Spaming others
Including but not limited to excessive repetitive commenting, self promotion for commercial purposes, sharing of URLs or discount codes.
Promoting competing platforms
Spurring religious or racial slur or anti-government protest
Including but not limited to behaviour endangering national security, the leak of state secrets or undermining social stability.
General Violation (Class Ⅱ)
Impersonating a person or entity with the intention to mislead or deceive others
Using offensive, vulgar, profane or sexually explicit vocabulary
Infriging someone else's copyrights
HeeSay is committed to protecting copyright holders and seeks to comply with all local applicable intellectual property laws.
Broadcasting politically sensitive views
Misusing or using in excess controlled substances such as tobacco or alcohol
Gambling or inciting others to gamble
Being uderage
HeeSay Live is open to anyone 18yo or older.
Advertising or doing commercial promotion
Disclosing someone's personal details
Displaying animal cruelty
Broadcasting while driving
Breach of Guidelines
We reserve the right at all times to remove content or to refuse to publish or broadcast content which we deem inappropriate for publishing or broadcasting on HeeSay, and to suspend or terminate user accounts (therefor reclaiming the attached usernames) which have originated said content, and to do any or all of the above without any liablity to you.
Class Ⅰ Violation
First time violation of Class I guidelines will result in your broadacsting privileges being removed for 7 days.
Second time violation of Class I guidelines will result in your broadacsting privileges being permanently removed (you will lose all your income).
Class Ⅱ Violation
First time violation of Class II guidelines will result in your broadacsting privileges being removed for 30 minutes.
Second time violation of Class II guidelines will result in your broadacsting privileges being removed for 1 day.
Third time violation of Class II guidelines will result in your broadacsting privileges being removed for 7 day.
